Full Support Programme
PPP provides comprehensive unlimited IT support at a fixed monthly price for workstations, servers and network environments. The benefits of our PPP model include:

- Upgrades, projects, website updates, etc. at no extra cost

- Facilitator to support other, external vendors / providers
Advanced Support Programme
With this plan, you can go beyond preventive maintenance. Planned hours can be used at your discretion for additional IT needs, such as:
- hardware management,
- software management
- management of various accessories, tablets and IOT devices
- skb for VOIP communications
- managing and editing desktop applications, removing viruses and spyware
- VPN and WIFI – wireless network management,
- training, etc…
Basic Support Programme
The POP model allows you to flexibly schedule the maintenance of your installations, which will be carried out by an assigned engineer at pre-defined times each month.
This plan is recommended if you have only one server or up to 5 workstations.
You can adjust the frequency of visits according to your requirements.
Plans start at four hours of work per month.
