Streamlining printing
In practice, optimising printing means reducing the cost of printing itself and the cost of maintaining printers. The larger the printer fleet, the greater the rationalisation of costs, which can lead to enviable savings on an annual basis that some companies are unaware of because they are unable to perform a realistic TCO calculation.
GRINIT specialises in introducing true print rationalisation, including:

Managing web domains
GRINIT offers a comprehensive domain name registration service, whether you need a brand new domain name or an extension of your current domain name. We keep track of the expiry date and automatically renew the domain for you so you never lose it.
GRINIT works with the National Registrar in the framework of their Reseller Programme. This means you can work comfortably with the experts in our helpdesk, while enjoying the stability of a national provider.
WIFI & video surveillance coverage
Planning and designing the layout of equipment are similar processes, involving site visits and field measurements. Identifying suitable locations for WIFI wireless access points requires an analysis of the building floor plans, a site survey and the use of signal survey tools. The objectives of the design and plan are to ensure:
- the required coverage (WIFI signal or image area),
- data rate for WIFI (and data compression for video surveillance),
- network capacity (and traffic segregation),
- third-party roaming for WIFI
- quality of service.
The collected data is processed in special software for designing both WIFI wireless networks and video surveillance systems.
Coordination
Why it is important to coordinate external experts
External experts do not want to deal with an organisation’s internal protocols. It is therefore necessary to ensure, consistently and in accordance with security policies, uninterrupted access to and management of exactly the segment for which the external service is called upon.
Outside experts also need to be carefully delegated their tasks and other areas limited. It is up to your IT department to coordinate the intertwining tasks, take care of security and coordinate any production downtime.
