Locate the green dot icon and directly start opening a support request, without wasting extra time pinning screenshots and writing emails. With just a few clicks, you can provide our support service with all the relevant information about your condition.

Service Desk

Our Service Desk is available 24/7 via email. Send your message to our Support Desk email address and it will automatically be converted into a support request. Each request for support is automatically processed to the level set by the norms or standards.
